Option 4: Two installments of 50% on TRIPLE ROOM at $ 945 USD (3468 AED) - all 3 roommates pre-arranged by you. Total price $ 1890 (6935 AED)

  • Any Cancellations by April 1st are free of charge. Any Cancellations after April 1st are charged in full except in special circumstances on discretionary basis.

  • Leaving the event ahead of time does not lead to a refund of money.

  • If after booking and paying for a triple room your pre-arrangement with your roommates changes due to any cancellation on their part, Double room fee will be applicable and payment of difference in fee will be required.

Should, in the unlikely case, the workshop be cancelled by our side, we refund the entire fee paid by you up to that point. We disclaim any responsibility for other costs.
