  • The registrations will be considered in the order of the incoming payments.

  • Online transfer fees to be covered from your side.

  • CANCELLATION FEE: Until 3 weeks before the event: 10% cancellation fee. Until 14 days before the event: 20% cancellation fee.

  • On cancellation after the 14th day before the event or non-attendance you will have to pay the full amount unless you find somebody in exchange OR if it is a COVID related cancellation with a presented proof of that (e.g. contracting COVID or flight cancellations due to COVID restrictions if flying from abroad) .

  • Leaving the event ahead of time does not lead to a refund of money.

Should, in the unlikely case, the workshop be cancelled by our side, we refund the entire course fee paid. We disclaim any responsibility for other costs.
