Thursday 7-9:30pm - 200 dhs Paid in cash at the door *If participants decide to join the following two days after that, this amount will be deducted from the full workshop fee. 

Note: 5Rhythms certified Sweatspaceholders, Teachers and Teachers in Training and/or those travelling from abroad are entitled to an additional 15% discount on above options

  • The registrations will be considered in the order of the incoming payments.

  • Online transfer fees to be covered from your side.

  • CANCELLATION FEE: Until 3 weeks before the event: 10% cancellation fee. Until 14 days before the event: 20% cancellation fee.

  • On cancellation after the 14th day before the event or non-attendance you will have to pay the full amount unless you find somebody in exchange.

  • Leaving the event ahead of time does not lead to a refund of money.

  • Full refund ONLY if infected with COVID-19 with proof of diagnosis

Should, in the unlikely case, the workshop be cancelled by our side, we refund the entire course fee paid. We disclaim any responsibility for other costs.

WORKSHOP DETAILS:

On this weekend workshop, the invitation is to find the intimacy with our fear of being our own true self, vulnerable and strong and exploring how that is affecting our meeting with another soul.

The more intimate we can be with our body and its movements, the more we are creating a good ground for intimacy with our heart and its movements. How can we be sensitive to all the nuances of our emotions? Express them even when they cannot be described; able to let them go through us and transform; bring them into the light of our own compassion? And, all the while, by holding our own heart by the hand, reach to somebody else.

Prerequisites: Minimum 15 hours of Waves level total classes or one Waves Level Weekend Workshop
This workshop counts as 2.5 Heartbeat Days towards 5Rhythms Teacher Training.

Thursday Feb 4: 7pm-9:30pm
Fri 5 & Sat 6: 11am - 5:30pm (1 hr lunchbreak)

Venue: The Theatre (Old DUCTAC)- Kilachand Studio
